Delivery & Returns
To keep our carbon footprint low and delivery fast, every CTG Collective journal is printed on demand. This means your journal doesn't sit in a warehouse; it is custom-made just for you the moment you order.
We’ve partnered with global printers in Australia, the USA, and the UK to ensure your journal is printed as close to your front door as possible.
Processing Time: 3–5 business days (to print and bind your journal).
Shipping Time: Usually 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your journal leaves the press.
Because each journal is custom-printed for the person who ordered it, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, your journey to getting Closer to God shouldn't be interrupted by a damaged book. If your journal arrives with a printing defect or was damaged during transit: Snap a photo of the damage.
Email us at ctgcollective@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Get a replacement: We will send a brand new copy to you immediately, free of charge.
